Privacy Policy
What we keep, why we keep it, and how to ask us to stop.

Who we are
Sekeria Hammam & Suites runs this site and is the data controller for the personal data it collects. You can reach us at the address, phone number and email published on the Contact page.
What we collect
This site has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers. If you send us a message, we receive what you wrote in the form: your name, your email, the dates you are asking about and your message, and nothing else.
Why we keep it
We use what you send us only to reply to you and, if you do end up staying with us, to arrange the stay. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Booking through third parties
Bookings are made through our booking engine and, where you choose it, through Booking.com. These companies have their own privacy policies for whatever you give them, and we receive only what they pass on to us so that your booking can be held.
How long we keep it
Messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within a year. Details tied to an actual stay are kept for as long as Greek tax and hotel legislation requires, and not a day longer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email on the Contact page and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
